rest for the weary
After traveling 5 hours to Disney, walking 70 miles during our 5 days there, and then traveling 10 hours to New Orleans…we’re tired. But damn was it fun. We hit every park, some twice, and rode every single ride we wanted to. And every night, we ate for free because of an awesome deal Jess’s Mom got. Now I’m not just talking free burgers here, I’m talking free stake and lobster. Every night. It was the exact thing I needed to relax before getting back to work.
And so here we are. We’re planning on staying for 10 days and pretty much work every day. Our deadline for a big chunk of the shots got pushed up to September 20th, so there’s no rest for the weary. But I’m glad to be getting things done. And I really couldn’t do it without Jess and my buddy John.
Anyways, we’re about to eat so I’m going to go. But I’ll post again later. Roxy is playing with her new Wicket doll (it’s so freakin’ cool), and Gidget is hissing at the other cats. It’s going to be a crazy 10 days. I hope you all are enjoying the tunes, and are doing well. Talk to you soon.
