Happy Mom’s day everyone! I just got off the phone with mine and it’s so weird for  her to ask how the weather is. I mean…I’m only 4 hours from Carmel now a days, so it’s pretty much the same there as it is here. But it still feels like I’m on another planet sometimes.

Anyways, my day on ‘planet Michigan’ was spent getting a little more unpacked and hung up in my new office. To give you a mental image of what it’s looking like; imagine a bunch of Evil Dead posters, Lord of the Rings swords/puzzle, and light sabers lining the walls. That’s pretty much the ‘theme’ I’m going for. And you don’t have to say it, I know how cool I am. ha. 

Then I went through my action figures trying to decide which ones will grace my desk at work. I think I’m taking Sauron and Spidey. I mean come on…Sauron talks and his eyes light up, and Spidey is just cool. Yes, I’ve decided. Sauron and Spidey it is.

I’ll try and post some pictures of the apartment once Jess gets here and we actually get some furniture. It’s pretty shwanky man.

Alright, well I hope everyone is doing well especially the Moms out there. And since I’m being lazy and sitting on my ass all weekend, do me a favor and pick up the slack! Go out and do something fun! Talk to you all soon…
