1 more day, and I’m back in the comforts of my 1 bedroom apartment. 2 days after that however, I start back at school. I’m actually really looking forward to this quarter. It’s the culmination of 4 years worth of work, and hopefully in a couple months it’ll pay off with a job. For the first time, I’m optimistic. Anyways, I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. I’m creature of habit.

I always hate being away for this long because I’m always convinced that I’ll get back and my apartment will robbed or burned to the ground. I know it’s rediculous, but still. I guess I feel like if I worry about it, then it won’t happen. I think I can thank my Mom for this personality trait. She worries more than anyone I’ve ever met. I also got bad eyes and acne from her too, so…thanks Mom.
Anyways, nothing much else has been going on. Just been trying to bang out these shots, and watching a crap load of ‘Lost’. I forgot how bad ass the second season really was. But seriously, so cool. New episodes start October 4th, and then on the 6th, new Battlestar! I’m alittle too excited to tell you the truth. So excited that it made my day when I found a die-cast metal Galactica replica at Target. And you guessed it, instead of buying new shoes like I needed, I got that instead. Can you really blame me though? I mean shoes are a dime a dozen (well more like $60 which just pissed me off), but a die-cast Galactica…well I don’t think I have to say anything more. My fellow geeks will understand.

Alright, well keep your fingers crossed that I get home safely and that my apartment hasn’t been robbed. I’ll post some more when I get back…
