Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve been going through what I guess you could call reverse culture shock. So it’s taken me a bit to get back into the routine of walmarts, tv shows, and pizza hut. God I love Pizza Hut. Anyone else remember “book it”? I still think we should still get a free pizza if we read a book a week, regardless of age. That might be just the thing we need to get our educational system back on it’s feet.

Any who, I ran across this story tonight from BBC news…

The mouse figure was unearthed by an art historian working on the church in the southern village of Malta.
The figure bears an enormous resemblance to Walt Disney’s famous mouse to this 14th Century figure.
It has the same upturned nose and large, rounded ears.
The manager of the local tourism office is claiming that the discovery makes the famous mouse a citizen of Austria.

Now my theory is that in a crazy “live forever”, scheme Walt Disney built a time machine to go to the future to get better medicine. But then in a horrible accident, Walt was sent rocketing back to the 14th century, and was shortly after burned at the stake for heiracy. But before he was killed, he scribbled this onto the wall in the fleating hope that one day his drawing would be unearthed. And we would all learn of his faith. It’s either that, or the picture was taken upside down and it’s really of a cyclops riding a bicycle.

But you have to admit, in a world where ‘Ghost Rider’ earned 44 Million on it’s opening weekend…anything is possible.

Ok, well I’m going to go to bed. Jess and I watched ‘Man of the Year’ tonight and ate free cake from her job. It was a good night.
